Your Event. Your Music. Your Rules!
Standard / Wedding / Schools

The way I see it, you are trusting your DJ with one of the most special days in your life.  I take
that trust very seriously. The thought that guides me to be the best  I can be for you is that I
don't want you to think back to your wedding 20 years from now and say, "Our wedding was
so beautiful, but man did that DJ really mess it all up!"

You may not realize it now, but your DJ is the only vendor that you hire that will determine
whether or not you and your guests have fun and if your day runs smoothly.  You can spend a
lot of money on the perfect venue, amazing catering, pretty flowers, a beautiful and tasty cake,
but if you and your guests aren't having fun...what's the point?  What will people remember?

I want you and your guests to have as much fun as possible on your wedding day.  The way I
make that happen is  to work with you in planning your wedding and reception in the weeks
and months leading up to it.

I have an easy to use wedding planner that will guide us both and insure that all your wants and
desires, from the moment you walk down the aisle until the last dance, are planned out ahead
of time.

I then take that planner and use it to create an Entertainment Schedule for your special day.  I
don't call it a "time line" because there will be very few actual "times" on it.   Trying to stick to
a strict time line, when there is so much going on, and so much that needs to happen, adds a
layer of stress that doesn't need to be there.  We'll lay out the order in which  you want things
to happen, and then as the night goes along  we'll work that order into the reception naturally.

A week before your wedding I will email the Entertainment Schedule to all of the other
professionals working your wedding so that everyone is on the same page. This also leaves
time for the other vendors to express anything they see that might need to be changed.
Better to make the changes a few days before, then a few minutes before.  I have found that
nothing makes a couple more relaxed than them knowing that everyone involved in their
wedding knows exactly what the schedule is and when things will be happening.

During your wedding ceremony I can provide music for your guests to arrive to, music for you
to walk down the aisle, as well as wireless lapel microphones for the minister and groom if
you desire.  I also have hand-held wireless microphones for any special readings or
performances.

At your reception I will be providing music, making announcements, releasing tables for dinner
if needed,  coordinating the events with the venue staff, photographer, videographer and other
vendors, handling appropriate music requests from your guests, and guiding you in a friendly
way through the events that you want to do.

Your responsibility will be to laugh and smile a lot, have a great meal, dance your shoes off,
and visit with your family and friends who are there to celebrate your day with you.

I'll take care of the rest.
